... is over It was aalways goingto be the hardest. People didn't know what to say, what to do. And that's fair enough. Half the time I didn't know what to say or what to do either.
But it's done. Tomorrow I'm not in school because we're in London. It is such an honour that is being accorded to Rich that we couldn't not go, work or no work. As his family, we will be there. I don't know who else will be there, I don't know who else knows or cares or can attend. but I will be there, and the AC will be there, and that's what matters.
Hannah is staying over tonight. She was working in the area and asked t stayon thesofa. No problems. I want to get the other bedroom done - after all, the BG will never stay in it now - and it will be my sewing room but also suitable for guests.
I have had lots of lovely phonecalls today and yesterday, about going back to school - even the RAF phoned to see how I was. Those boys are so, so lovely.
And now it's bedtime. It is an early start for the AC and I in the morning - although no earlier than school will be next week!
night all...
