The lovely man got home today.
I was asleep, in bed, tucked up with the cat, when I heard a bump. I got a dressing gown on, went downstairs, and no one was there! And then the door opened, and it was him!
I was exceptionally pleased to see him!
He is happy with the way the house is, he's happy with the way I corresponded with the She-Ex, happy with the way I dealt with the He-Ex, happy with the way I have managed everything really! That's a good feeling.
And now I'm going to play WoW or sew.
Hmmmm.

Starting the day with Wednesday lol
So I started the day by finishing a post I had never intended to actually post, and then posting it here
And I'm working on not so many hours sleep as I stayed up to finish something and to talk to R. He's home today, which is amazing, but we need to talk about some stuff, which will be slightly hard perhaps, but will make things better. It's dealing with baggage from the past really. He expects a certain reaction from me when he does a certain thing, and I do not react like his previous girlfriends.
(and no, we are not talking about sex here, although I'm not like them in that department either apparently lol!)
It's led to a couple of odd conversations in the past couple of days, where he is almost expecting me not to trust him, to be demanding where he's been and what he's been up to and how dare he go out with friends and so on. But I do trust him, if I ask it's because I'm interested, and I like him having friends, making new friends whilst away and so on. Heavens, we could hardly have the relationship we do if I didn't trust him - he spends half his life away! (But that is changing lol!)
So we'll deal with that. I want to get all my Saturday things done today so that tomorrow is just us. He said we'd go over and see the parents as well, on the bike, because he was concerned about them and the effort it would take Mum to get over here to bring Easter eggs for the AC and so on. He is so caring and considerate about my parents, especially my Mum.
And now Scooby-Doo is on, and my starting-to-be-coughing child is calling me for medicinal cuddles. I love him. I love R. I love my life.
Laters (and there will be laters - the AC leaves at 9am :-( )

It's bedtime.
Actually, it's long past bedtime.
R has just been able to get through, so we talked for a little bit, and then said our goodnights and put the phone down, secure in the knowledge that we will see each other tonight. Because it is tonight now lol!
I am fairly tired - it's been a long day. We got the bus to mum and dad's, which takes about 45 minutes, and then walked around, went to the place we usually go to for lunch, pottered about and then the bus that we were going to get to come home was 40 minutes late, so when we got into KL we got ourselves a Burger King for tea. It's once in a little while - usually once each holiday - so I don't mind that much. AC has been coughing again though, although he's ok tonight, tucked up under his 'jeans quilt'. He is determined that it has jeans from all of us in, although his were too small to get a decent sized patch out of. He was going over it tonight, deciding which were his jeans and which were mine and which were R's jeans. And how he didn't need the orange/bleachwhite towel which he has slept with almost every night that R has been away because he has R in his blanket, so we are all together after all!
Oh to have his feelings! I miss R like crazy. All I want is him home and normal stuff going on. Is that so much to ask?
Sleeptime. LOTs to do tomorrow so that Saturday we can have just us. Hopefully we're going out on the bike!
